It is with great privilege that I write to you in recommendation of Felipe Mendez regarding his potential for success in a health profession. I have known Mr. Mendez since 1993 as a member of the Seventh-day Adventist church in Phoenix, Arizona. I have found him to be a responsible, pleasant, generous person who is never afraid to take on a challenging task.

Mr. Mendez is an independent, self-directed person who can communicate effectively and meet even the most demanding challenges. Since 1993, I have seen growing in him initiative, integrity, and influence: the three most important characteristics of a fine leader. He is an honest, caring individual who will be an extremely valuable asset to any organization that he represents.

Since those years, I have noticed he is hardworking, energetic, and creative. I have no doubt that he will succeed in his future professional endeavors. I have no doubt that Mr. Mendez will make a tremendous impact on the world at large. I am positive he will make outstanding contributions to any organization.

In his spiritual growth, I have seen that he has faith in God; I view him as an organic part of mankind, contributing his part to each group of which he is a member, and he obeys the spiritual essence of the Golden Rule: "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself." He helped every week in church, having a respectful, loving, and beautiful relationship with members of

the church. When he went to help the community, he had a great disposition to go and share. His life is a blessing to his church and the communities of Phoenix. Since 2019, he has worked hard to pursue his dream and graduated with a degree in Psychology. Started his Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022. During the year 2024, as a Professional Counselor, I had the opportunity and the privilege to work with  Mr. Mendez as his supervisor and noticed his dedication and passion with the clients to help them, and I have been able to observe how he performed and worked in the field of counseling with responsibility, a proactive attitude, and empathy.

Finally, Mr. Mendez and his family, his wife Blanca and children (Diego and Mariana), their affection and kindness make a difference in church and in Arizona community.
